Solutions Multiplied LLC (“Solutions Multiplied,” “we,” “us”) may send SMS text messages to people who call our Voice AI demo line and schedule (or attempt to schedule) an appointment with our team. Messages are transactional and may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling assistance, and follow-up if a call is disconnected during scheduling.
How you opt in (verbal opt-in): You opt in by calling our demo line and verbally providing your mobile number for appointment confirmation and reminder texts. During the call, we disclose that we will send SMS related to your appointment, and you consent by providing your number.
Verbal opt-in disclosure (what we say):
“By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS texts from Solutions Multiplied about your appointment (confirmation, reminders, and rescheduling). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.”
